School Supply Policy

Geneva’s teachers are excited to welcome your child to school.  As the year begins, a common question parents pose is “What does my child need to bring?”   While some basic items help children stay organized (like pencils, paper, and a book bag), each teacher may indicate items that help with activities in her/his classroom.

However, it’s important to note that THE ITEMS ON THESE LISTS WILL BE USED DURING THE REGULAR SCHOOL DAY. THEY MAY BE BROUGHT FROM HOME ON A VOLUNTARY BASIS, OTHERWISE, THEY WILL BE FURNISHED BY THE SCHOOL.

The State of Utah guarantees a Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) to all elementary students.  You can read  Utah’s policy on school fees and expenses as explained by state law.
